Declining Health, Changing Roles (In-Person and Virtual Options)
Declining Health, Changing Roles (In-Person and Virtual Options) by Co-presented by Kristen Martin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CEN, and Justin Magnuson, MA
The role of caregivers can change many times over the course of their loved one’s illness. Understanding some simple skills can improve communicating with those being cared for and their healthcare providers. This interactive workshop will provide tools to help you reflect on what matters most to improve your ability to gain understanding of your loved one’s illness, make informed decisions, and adjust to changing roles.
